The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Candidate :
Requirements :
- Experience interacting with international US customers/clients
- Experience in eligibility verification (EBV)
- Awareness of US health insurance guidelines, including claims submission processes and procedures
- Ability to analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms to ensure insurance companies have paid for charges
- Follow up with insurance companies and patients to ensure bills are paid
- Understand and analyze patient records, interacting with physicians and assistants to ensure accuracy
- Keep track of patient data across multiple visits
- Manage detailed and specifically coded information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
