Job Responsibilities :
1) Should be able to deliver excellent technical support (via call, chat & email)
2) Meet the needs of all technical queries of our clients through chat / voice calls
3) Should be able to understand the queries of client and solve it within the TAT
4) Should be excellent in English Communication skill.
5) Resolve the customer queries within TAT
Graduates / Under graduates preferred with excellent English communication skill
