Executive - Customer Support - Fashion (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand in the industry.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers via phone, chat and email to provide outstanding support and ensure their success with our products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
- Proactively seek customer feedback and provide insights to internal teams to drive product improvements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in customer success or support.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in the clothing or fashion industry is a plus.
