Job Role :
- Handling inbound calls related to policies.
- Follow up with the internal team for Pre-Auth cases.
- Convincing customers related to claims.
- Provide Claim & Pre-Auth status to customers and hospitals.
- Update daily tracker to escalation team.
- Guide the customer about claims procedures.
- Providing information related to corporate and individual policies.
Criteria :
- Graduation and Below Graduation
- Fresher or Experience
Shift Timings :
- Day Shift for Females
- Rotational shift for Males
Working Days : 6 days working and 1 week off(rotational week off)
