Shift timings :
- 8 AM To 5 PM (Female)
- 10 Am To 7 PM (Female)
- 11 AM To 7 PM (Male/Female)
- 12 PM To 9 PM (Male)
- 9 PM To 6 AM (Male)
- 11 PM To 8 AM (Male)
Customer Service Executive is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Limeroad customers. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. Associates communicate with customers primarily through mail/call and utilize a variety of software tools tonavigate customer accounts, research, and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast- paced environment.
Knowledge & Skills Required :
- Qualification minimum 12th Pass and above
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
- Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email application
- Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
- Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations
- Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events
Process Information:
Work Timings: 24 x 7 (Night shift mandatory for male candidates only)
Shift Duration: 9 Hours (If there is a process requirement then 10 Hours)
Working Days: Flexible (5 days working, As per roster)
OT: An extra day in a week demands for OT + Public Holidays will be paid as OT.
Week Off: As per roaster
Location: Gurgaon
