- We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer support Executive to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients.

Job Description : 

- Permanent work from office

- Fixed salary

- The candidate would be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and scheduling appointments addressing the queries.

- Must be comfortable presenting products/Services over the call as well as dealing with customer's requirements

- To counsel the Customers about different Training Modules

- To call the customers & explain the Training Process effectively.

- To maintain customers Database

- Receive Incoming Calls and schedule demo class with the Tutors.

- Lead generation on product and follow up with customers on requirements.

Requirements : 

- Excellent verbal and written communication in Kannada and English Language.

- Male & Female both can apply

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
