Eligibility : 12th/Graduate candidates with a minimum of 6 months of chat/Email/Customer Support in an E-commerce Company.

Location : Okhla, Delhi

Process Details : Chat/Email/Voice Process- Blended Process

Salary details: (up to 4LPA + incentives )

Note : Third Party Role.

- Experience in handling inbound and outbound call processes.

- Resolving customer queries to their satisfaction via email, chat, and over the phone.

- Coordination with different support functions.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including Saturdays

- Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers
