Executive - Customer Support - eCommerce (1-5 yrs)
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Bachelor's degree in any domain
- 1+ year of relevant experience in a customer service role
- Good command over written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Responsible for solving around 80 to 90 transactions a day
- Ensure to meet all the SLAs set for Calls / Emails / Chat threads
- Coordinate with teams like brand management, PO team, etc to make sure that we provide accurate information to the customer
