We are hiring for a reputed E Commerce Company based in Mumbai for the position of Customer Care Executive
Location : Kanjurmarg (Near by Station)
Job Responsibilities :
- Attend Customer calls and provide them the required information
- Candidate should be able to understand and resolve client complaints
- Candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction
Required Skills :
- Candidate should have good client servicing or customer service skills
- 6 Months to 1 Years experience in BPO/ call center/ Customer Support Will be preferred
- Strong communication skill in written and verbal (English and Hindi).
Required Education : High School, Undergraduate, Graduate, B.Tech, or irrelevant
Age Limit- Below 30 Years
