Roles and Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to the customer, product, and store-related queries through Calls, e-mail & Chat.
- Provide information regarding product information, online purchases, refund status and Order tracking, and more
- Provide excellent customer service.
- To be a strong leader to grow and build a Customer Happiness Department
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve the customer queries
- Strictly follow the SLAs defined to ensure timely reply and resolution to customer queries
