Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Service Executive
- Looking for a customer support executive having an excellent Communication and Management Skills and who are dedicated to learn new things in Operations department and Supporting the Company for better Client Satisfaction.
Role & Responsibility :
- Communicating with the Clients for their request and communicating the clients request with the stakeholders of the company.
- Maintaining the Service Master and records for Service-related request from the clients
- Managing the Token ID of the client and co-ordinate the TAT with the clients.
Skills & Requirement :
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Management Skills
- Ownership Skills
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Freshers are welcome.
- No. of calls to be attended will range between 15-25 calls per day.
