Executive - Customer Support - BPO (0-5 yrs)
We are looking at for hiring for voice process candidate.
- Should have a good command over spoken English and Hindi.Good Knowledge in replying to Customers Queries through calls.
- Ability to work well in and promote a team environment.
- Must be proactive and should posses out of the box thinking while speaking to customers.
- He/She should be interested to work for the customer service industry.
- Should have a flair for interacting with customers and be energetic and enthusiastic.
- He/She should be able to handle pressure on calls and be able to provide resolution to customer queries empathetically.
- He/She should possess good listening and convincing skills while handling calls.He/She should be responsible for efficient dealing of customer complaints to enable satisfaction of customers.
Girls - Voice Support Shift Timings - 7 Am to 4 Pm, 6 days working with 1 rotational off.
- No Cabs provided. English and Hindi primarily if any regional language,it would be advantageous. BE/ BTech not eligible.
- Minimum should have completed 12th and graduate freshers eligible only.
