ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1 Need to solve customer queries.
2 Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
3 Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
4 Make Sure all Customer Care Meets Established Standard.
5 Ability to multitask.
NOTE :
- Qualification - Any graduate /Postgraduate/Undergraduate
- Salary - 1.90CTC + incentives
- 6 days working with 1 rotational off
- Work from office
- Performance Allowance - 1,250/-
- Language- Hindi/English
- Both can apply Boy/Girl
- Fresher and Experience with Excellent Communication Skills and ready to join immediately can apply
