Process: International Voice Outbound (UK and Australian Process)
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, average computer skills, and the ability to solve the customer's queries quickly. For this they are also required to have good listening skills and having a neutral accent will only help. Having a neutral accent is nothing but having a clear voice without any influences from the mother tongue that you may have.

Education:
Passed 12th Standard
Any Graduate / Post Graduate (BE / B.tech /with relevant experience are eligible)
Candidates with Backlogs and Year Down are also eligible.
Experience: Fresher's & Experience can apply.
Shifts: Day & Night Shifts
Facilities: Drop Facility for Early morning and Night Shift
Skill Required: Excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing the tasks as per the given standards and set regulations by the company.
- Maintaining the quality of service as required by the client and working on continuous performance improvement to offer best quality services to the client.
- Maintaining the important logs and documentation regarding the details of the tasks performed during the project.
- Responsibilities also include performing the monthly milestone reports and project progress report for the discussion with the client.
- The BPO job responsibilities also include goal and target setting, so that the project is completed within the stipulated deadlines as given by the client along with excellent quality work.
