Executive - Customer Support - BPO (0-2 yrs)
MAJOR DUTIES :
- Provides support to customers via Chat or Call - Creation of Service Request (SR) and monitor and update the status of requests for assistance
received and ensure completion in a timely manner
- Follows established procedures and process in resolving the issues
- Correctly identifying case categorization and severity definition
- Collection of relevant customer information
- Resolving issues based on information available
- Maintain and update course resources
- Participate in development team meetings and communication.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor degree
- Chat based support experience for US companies
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills and pays attention to details
- Excellent problem solver with a solid technical background
- Experience with common software applications, and the ability to learn new ones.
- Experience working with a ticketing system
