Job Description:

- The back-office Customer service candidate is responsible for managing email flow via Internal CRM tool and sharing centralized responses to the customers.

- The candidate should be well versed with English written communication and knowledge of BFSI tools and processes.

- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in handling customers' written responses within adhered time frame. The ideal candidate should have a customer centric attitude and desire to learn and work on new activities and projects.

Key roles and responsibilities:

1. Handle a large volume of email responses in a timely manner.

2. Follow communication templates and use knowledge of the company's products and services to go off-script when necessary.

3. Adhering to predefine policies and sharing customer solutions accordingly.

4. Liasion intra department for fulfilment of request and share closure with customers.

5. Recommend improvement of systems and processes to boost organizational efficiency.

6. Maintain pre-defined Net promoter score to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

7. Immediate response and resolution to grievance cases and sharing the RCAs with management.

8. Analysis data and open to work on key projects in enhancing customer experience.

9. Trouble shooting technical issues and share quick updates with relevant stakeholders.

10. Immediate connecting with specified customers on recording lines for sharing relevant status of queries.
