Executive - Customer Support - BFS (1-4 yrs)

Required Skills :
- Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills.

- Enthusiastic and energetic - willing to work in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up.
- Ability to maintain high standards of work, in high-pressure situations
- Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Experience tracking and analyzing case progress.
- 2-4 years of work experience.
- Willing to learn new things and pro-activeness.
- Experience of working on Freshdesk and Dialers is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
