Customer Support Executive
What you will do ?
- Identify and assess customers' needs and answer customers' questions to your best ability
- Connect with customers through calls, chats, emails and social media to solve their concerns
- Follow company's communication procedures and policies
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Maintain product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
What you will need ?
- Graduate and above from a UGC recognized university
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service domain
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of any regional language is a plus
- Willing to work from the office in Bellandur, Bangalore
- Comfortable with 6 Working Days
- Comfortable with rotational shifts as per business requirement.
- No night shift for female employees.
