We are hiring Customer support executive to serve ambulance service in Delhi City.
- The candidate must possess excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills.
- The individual must be a good problem solver and able to smoothly handle multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against hard deadlines.
Job Responsibilities :
- Attendant of calls requiring Ambulance Services.
- Conclude the respective requirement.
- Take regular Feeback Calls.
The candidate should have:
- Two years of experience managing Inbound and Outbound calls in any respective, BPO.
- Local expertise of Road Map or Metro Map of Delhi City.
