Executive - Customer Support (3-7 yrs)
We are looking for Customer Support Executives for a a GPS tracking company based at Jaipur. Summary as under:
Profile - Customer Support Executive (M/F)
Experience - Min. 3 Years in Technical support for both hardware and software.
Salary - 3-4 LPA
Timings - 10 AM to 7 PM
Job Type - Full time/work from office
Responsibilities :
- Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
- Solving all product or service related issues of the customers.
- Internal coordination for fast resolution
- Maintenance and update of MIS systems
- Collection and sharing of client feedback and MIS
- Timely escalation of complaints as per escalation matrix
- Maintain and measure performance as per TAT/SLA
- Coordination with clients on calls/emails/chats
- Online and short term product training
