Executive - Customer Support (2-5 yrs)

Job Description :
- Address all incoming telephone calls and route the calls to the concerned people.
- And should be able to coordinate with customer, in-house engineers, vendors and management to close all the calls and send the daily reports.
- And also some documentations skill sets required.
Skills :
- Should have excellent communication skills (Oral and written).
- Ability to handle internal and external customers diligently.
- Regional languages will be an added advantage.
