Executive - Customer Support (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and effectively resolve customer support predominantly via chat, Remote sessions, Phone or email.
- Be a voice of the clients by identifying their needs and collaborating with cross-functional team to provide solutions
- Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Quick turnaround time to answer customer queries and maintain the right categorization of tickets
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction and deliver quality responses
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 2- 4 years of experience in a product based company
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and staggered week offs
- A do-anything attitude for delighting the customer. We are a customer-centric organisation, meaning we drop everything to solve problems and make our customers happy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in International (specifically the US) chat and voice support would be an added advantage
- Hands on experience with Zendesk, Intercom or similar platforms (Added advantage)
- Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, showing courtesy and strong customer service orientation.
- Skilled in multitasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
