Executive - Customer Support (2-3 yrs)

Qualification : Any UG Graduate
Experience : 2- 3 Years
CTC: 3- 3.6 LPA
Gender : Male
Shift Timings : 08 AM - 05 PM
- Multilingual mainly in Tamil, Hindi, and English and Telugu will be added value
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Receiving the inbound calls and resolving their queries
- Responsible for handling queries of customer through Calls, E-mails and online chat.
- Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries/grievances.
- Ensuring queries are resolved as per defined TAT.
- Identify customer's needs and provide the solutions.
- Executing trades on behalf of customer.
