Executive - Customer Support (2-10 yrs)
Agsure Innovations Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
- Foster positive and lasting relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and support.
2. Technical Assistance:
- Provide technical support for Agsure Innovations' products and services, guiding customers through troubleshooting processes.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of Agsure's products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Stay updated on product developments and updates.
4. Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
5. Feedback Collection:
- Gather customer feedback on product experiences, identifying areas for improvement.
- Convey customer insights to the relevant teams to contribute to product enhancement.
6. Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including development and sales, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer requests or address concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and a regional language.
- Empathy: Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and learning about new products quickly.
