Executive - Customer Support (1-5 yrs)
About Role :
- We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints through Voice Calls and Emails using different portals. Good verbal and written communication skills are requisite!
Must Have :
- Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written
- Willing to work in US shift
- Looking for long-term association therefore must be ready for 18 months of commitment period with the company
- Initial training of 3-4months will be Compulsory WFO
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through Voice Calls/Email.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

- Self-motivated worker, that can complete tasks under minimal supervision
- Team Player
- Should have good logical skills and attention to detail.
