Job Responsibilities:
- Make out calls for Customer engagement.
- Solve technical concerns of customers and route them to proper channel.
- Communication of closures of customers issues.
- Taking additional responsibility of mentoring and coaching new agents
- Monitoring team performance and handling escalations
- Working on areas of development along with team manager.
- Ensure 100% Schedule adherence
- Graduation is mandatory
