Executive - Customer Support (1-4 yrs)
Position: Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Work on customer service request tracks them and work on all the tasks required.
- Attend to inbound and outbound calls and provide a fantastic customer experience.
- Engage customers through various stages of the service requests and projects using different communication channels.
- Update records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Education &Skills :
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 Year experience working as a customer service executive or any role which requires customer engagement.
- Expert in verbal & written communication in English and/or Kannada.
- Past experience working in construction or real estate domain is a huge plus
