Executive - Customer Support (1-4 yrs)
- Respond buyer queries and issues via emails.
- Handle logistic queries and issues via emails.
- Communicate with external coordinators (Warehouse) to resolve the cases.
- Responsible to take Website Chats.
- Promptly and professionally respond to incoming phone calls, emails and live chat concerning all customer service related inquiries with a goal of providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Accurately process daily entry of orders and perform routine order tracking through our software to ensure timely processing and shipping of customer orders.
- Process and track customer returns and claims.
- Follow up on existing issues and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
- Any additional tasks or duties as assigned.
