Executive - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:

- Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
- Update customer records in the system and keep accurate notes of interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
Requirements :
- Languages:
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and South language
- Undergraduate or graduate mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
