Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team at Startek. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements :
- Any graduate with 1 year of experience in customer support
- Fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with software applications
