Job Description : Customer Support Executive

Location : Bangalore

Salary : 15,000 to 23,000 per month

Shifts : Fixed day shift

Education :12th/Graduate

Experience : 1-3 years in Customer Support

Languages : Proficiency in English and Hindi required

Transport : No cab provided

Age Limit : Maximum 30 years old

Interview Process : Walk-in at client place

Responsibilities :

1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

3. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support operations.

6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

7. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service excellence.

Requirements :

1. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.

2. Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.

6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
