Customer Support Executive
Job Description:-
1. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in terms of resolution.
3. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file.
4. Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Desired Skills and Competencies :
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Good Communication skills.
- Problem and Issue handling skills.
- Ability to handle customer concern with a positive note.
- Proactive and Situation handling skills.
- Basic Computer/Excel knowledge
- Taking Responsibility.
- Minimum 1 year Customer support experience from service industries.
Language - English and Hindi Mandate( Kannada, Tamil and Telugu will be additional preference)
- Prefer to work on weekends.
