Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Techstats Solutions' products and services to guide customers effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided in the CRM system.
- Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback and provide actionable insights to internal teams for product or service improvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with technical, sales, and product teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
- Training & Development: Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to the company's offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in IT, Business Administration, or related areas).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
