Executive - Customer Support (1-10 yrs)
About Process :
- Handle about 80-100 calls of customers on-boarded by sales team (Smile correction/ Smile straightening)
- The initial call will be primarily to book delivery followed by issue resolution and query Handling on successive calls
- Ensure query resolution within 24hrs and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
- Handle dental specific queries pertaining to our services. Overall Problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary. Handle any operations related activities that may be required
- Tabulate and record responses from all customers on excels. Generate relevant reports from the same
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Analyse quality of calls and strive for improvement
