Executive - Customer Support (1-10 yrs)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints
- Know the products inside and out so that you can answer queries and resolve complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Maintain positive, empathetic and a professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
