Job Description :

Seller Support Specialist (Customer Service)

As a Seller Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our customer service team, focusing specifically on supporting our sellers throughout their journey with [Your Company Name]. You will be the primary point of contact for sellers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and providing guidance to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Exceptional Customer Support :- Respond promptly and effectively to seller inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat), ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

- Issue Resolution :- Investigate and resolve seller concerns regarding account management, product listings, payment issues, and general inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

- Educate Sellers :- Guide sellers on best practices, policies, and tools available to optimize their listings, enhance their sales performance, and navigate our platform effectively.

- Technical Assistance :- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our platform or seller tools, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

- Feedback and Improvement :- Gather seller feedback and insights to identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement, collaborating with internal teams to enhance our seller support processes and resources.

- Documentation :- Maintain accurate records of all seller interactions and transactions using our CRM system, ensuring thorough documentation for future reference and reporting purposes.

- Adherence to Policies :- Enforce company policies and guidelines consistently while demonstrating sound judgment in handling sensitive seller issues and escalations.

Qualifications :

- Previous Experience :- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Experience in seller support or ecommerce platforms is a strong asset.

- Communication Skills :- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)] with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

- Problem-Solving Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- Customer Orientation :- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

- Technical Proficiency :- Comfortable using CRM software and familiarity with ecommerce platforms and seller tools.

- Team Player :- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and across departments to achieve common goals.

Education :

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
