Executive - Customer Support (0-5 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be talkative and presentable
- Good English skills
- Fluent Hindi skills
- The candidate will be responsible for handling the customer queries over the call and resolve them
Age Limit : 20-30 Year(s)
Qualification :
- Graduation degree mandatory
- Final year pursuing will be eligible
Experience :
- 6 months to 5 Year(s) of experience as Customer Care preferred
- Freshers are eligible
Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handling the inbounds calls (majorly) and outbound calls
- Must work for some premier desk/process
- Providing support to the customer support and handling vendor queries
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Escalating the queries to the next level
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
