Executive - Customer Support (0-5 yrs)
- Highly motivated should have knowledge about the financial industry
- Responsible for outbound calls and lead generation from the Database assigned.
- Having got this data, the person needs to make calls to these people, give basic details about our offerings, mail them the details.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Respond to customer requests by phone and/or email.
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Responsible for followup
- Continue to stay updated on markets and related news
- Ability to work independently.
