Job Description : Customer Support Executive at Torero Software's
Role Overview :
We need a friendly and patient Customer Support Executive to help our customers understand our ERP software, especially in areas like accounts and GST.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Training : Guide customers on using our software, focusing on accounts and GST.
- Phone Support : Handle calls, listen carefully, and provide clear, helpful responses.
- Problem Solving : Find information, use internal resources, or escalate issues to resolve customer queries.
- Location : Lower Parel East, Mumbai
- Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Experience : Upto 3 years
- Education : Commerce Graduate (e.g., BCom, BAF, BMS)
