Executive - Customer Support (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and empathetic customer support via voice channels.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
- Ensure accurate documentation of interactions in the system.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is required, along with fluency in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer support will be an advantage
