Job Description :
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical/product-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of customer support software (preferred).
- Freshers or up to 3 years experience in customer service.
