ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1 Need to solve customer queries.
2 Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
3 Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
4 Make Sure all Customer Care Meets Established Standard.
5 Ability to multitask.
NOTE :
- Qualification -Any graduate /Postgraduate/ Undergraduate
- Salary - 1.90CTC + incentives
- Cab facility will be provided both the ways within 20 km
- Fresher and Experience with Excellent Communication Skills and ready to join immediately can apply.
NOTE : Candidate should have good communication and listening skills ( BOTH ENGLISH AND HINDI )
