Executive - Customer Support (0-2 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, utilizing your knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word, and excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities :
1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
5. Assist in creating and updating user guides and FAQs for our products.
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs and expectations.
