Executive - Customer Support (0-2 yrs)
1. Politely speaking with customers and understanding their queries.
2. Documenting customer queries in system.
3. Responding to customer queries based on SOP.
4. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
5. Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
6. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
7. Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
