Executive - Customer Support (0-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Call Support :
- Should be able to finish customers queries on a first call resolution.
- Ability to think independently and apply logical and practical reasoning before making any decisions
- Resolve queries as per TAT and escalate them, when required (by following proper channels).
Process Initiative :
- Willingness to make significant contributions and voluntarily start projects, attempt non-routine jobs and tasks.
- To Add value in the assigned tasks and ensure productivity.
- Ability to work under pressure and learn from previous
Training & Quality :
- To ensure positive efforts are given whilst asked to perform specific tasks from the process training which has been imparted
- Successful completion of training and by making effective use of it.
- Accept feedback and implementing it at the right time
- Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned tasks
Reporting :
- To prepare reports and publish it on the frequencies set by the Team Leader
- Keep the Team Leader informed of task accomplishment, issues and current status
- Ensure no errors in the reports and focus on accelerating Self performance
Others :
- Ensure solving issues on Shipping, Delivery, Payment, Data Entry, Incorrect Order Placement,
- Incomplete Orders, KYC, Call Handling & Issue / Problem Solving
- Work in a team based environment and ensure team expectations are met as per norms
- Should have control Unauthorized / Authorized leaves on monthly basis
