Job Summary:
As a Process Executive for the outbound voice process in our organization, you will play a crucial role in representing our company to potential customers and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our products/services, and meeting performance targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers with a focus on sales, lead generation, or customer engagement, following the provided script and guidelines.
- Present products/services in a persuasive and informative manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Generate and maintain reports related to call outcomes and performance metrics.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
- Maintain a high level of quality in all interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in the required language(s).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation abilities and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required
