We are looking for Freshers who are comfortable for Customer Support/Voice Process/Customer Service for our Esteemed Client. This will be a Full Time opportunity our Client. It will be a voice process for US Based Telecom Company-"Verizon".

Job Responsibilities:

1. As a customer service executive, your role will be to use your skills and experience to ensure that your company delivers the best and highest possible standards of service to its customers.

2. Your primary duty in the company is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. In simple terms, you are to make sure, to your best ability, that every customer leaves your company happy and satisfied.

Mode: 5 Days WFO

Shift: US Shift

- 2 Days rotational off/shifts

- Both side Cabs up to 35 KM radius from Sector 61 Office (Gurgaon Location)
