We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and determining the best solution.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills Required:-

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.
