Customer Care Executive fresher and 1 year of experience in blended process environments. Proficient in handling chats and emails to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
Key Skills :
- Answers incoming calls regarding issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
- Update information in the service database/report during and after each call.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying information clearly and concisely.
- Customer Service : Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Multi-channel Support : Skilled in handling both chat and email interactions simultaneously, maintaining quality and responsiveness across platforms.
- Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure effective telephone and email communications both internally to maintain a professional image.
