Roles and Responsibilities for Freshers
1. Handling Customer Queries :
- Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries in Hindi.

2. Providing Accurate Information :

- Clarify customer doubts in a polite and professional manner.
3. Resolving Issues :
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to senior teams for quick resolution.

4. Call Documentation :
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including calls, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to update customer information and case progress.
5. Following Communication Protocols :
- Adhere to company communication protocols and policies when handling calls.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone during customer interactions.
6. Managing Call Volumes :
- Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound calls daily.
- Prioritize tasks and calls based on urgency.
7. Feedback Collection :
- Collect feedback from customers on their experience and pass it on to the management for service improvements.
8. Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve issues and improve customer service processes.
9. Adhering to Performance Metrics :
- Meet performance targets related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
10. Learning and Development :
- Continuously improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies through training sessions.
